The Acquisition & Development Analyst is focused primarily on the acquisition phase, working with the team to identify and evaluate sites for future developments across NSW, VIC & QLD, and assist with ongoing analysis of existing projects.
Duties include:
- Market analysis & site-specific investigations
- Prepare and update financial models and feasibility studies
- Re-evaluate development pipeline throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare commercial/ investment analysis documentation to support internal approvals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to inform acquisition strategies
- Assist in the preparation of funding packages
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have exposure to either development or property valuations and:
- Strong analytical nature and exposure to feasibilities
- Exposure to residential development valuations (CPV) highly regarded
- Proactive attitude & strong collaboration
