Our client, an established Property Development Company is seeking an Acquisition Manager to join their team.
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for the acquisition of potential development sites, working across identification, sourcing, and evaluation of opportunities. Work will primarily be across residential with some industrial.

The Role:The Acquisition Manager is focused primarily on the acquisition phase, working with the team to identify, source, and evaluate sites for future developments across NSW, VIC & QLD.
Duties include:
- Prepare and update feasibility studies, cashflows, and sensitivity analysis on potential sites
- Actively engage with real estate agents, landowners, and councils to uncover new opportunities
- Prepare commercial/ investment analysis documentation to support internal approvals
- Assist in the preparation of funding packages
- Assess rezoning potential, planning restrictions, and local market drivers
- Work with team to negotiate acquisition
- Re-evaluate development pipeline throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to inform acquisition strategies
- Maintain a pipeline of potential sites with clear market tracking
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisition and analysis of development sites/ properties and:
- Strong analytical nature and exposure to feasibilities
- Excellent communications and networking
- Strong commercial acumen
