Duties and Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Senior Property Manager, you’ll assist in managing a mixed portfolio with commercial, industrial and healthcare assets.
Duties include:

• Visiting properties
• Assisting with leasing
• Preparing lease documentation
• Assisting tenants with rent and maintenance
• Administration and reporting

Skills & Experience: 
The ideal candidate will be organised, motivated, and eager to develop within a supportive environment. You will have:

• 1+ year experience in the residential/commercial property industry or a university graduate
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
