- Reactive Maintenance
- Site inspections
- Tenant liaison
- Contractor liaison
- Insurance & fire compliance
- Reporting
- Raising work orders
- Inducting new contractors
- Ensuring repairs are within budget
Skills and Experience: - Experience in facilities management/coordination
- Excellence with multitasking
