The Role:The Commercial Property Administrator is responsible for:
- Entering new leases into the property management software
- Review of invoices
- Ensuring payment meet lease obligations
- Assist with escalated facilities matters
- Manage Bank guarantees and insurance certificates
- Outgoing reconciliation reviews
- Fire safety statements
- Internal and external stakeholder liaison
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of property management experience and:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A helpful and friendly work ethic
