Duties and Responsibilities:

You will take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio across Brisbane, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure assets are well managed and performing strongly.

Duties include:

• Managing day-to-day property operations and tenant relationships
• Overseeing leasing negotiations and documentation
• Monitoring financial performance, budgets and reporting
• Assisting with leasing, renewals, rent reviews and tenancy mix planning

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial property or asset management
• Proven ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making capability
• Highly developed communication and reporting skills
