The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial assets in and around Brisbane Metro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Lease administration including rent reviews
- Negotiation and lease renewals
- Rent collection, managing arrears and outgoings
- Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
- Overseeing facilities management including contracts, compliance, fitouts and makegoods
- Budgeting and reporting
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of property management experience and:
- Excellent communications
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and car (travel required - primarily within Brisbane Metro)
