Duties & Responsibilities - Managing project costs
- Updating MS Excel files
- Project reporting
- Placing purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining supplier database
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Tracking deliverables
The candidate: To be successful in this role, you will be a university graduate in construction or property with excellent attention to detail and an interest in development management. Alternatively, you will have experience in project administration or procurement. You must be numerate and experienced with MS Excel and come with great communication and organisational skills.
