A leading Sydney manufacturing business is seeking an experienced finance and business systems professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This business critical role combines hands-on ERP project delivery with the opportunity to transition into senior finance role post-implementation. The company operates in the building and industrial sectors and is undertaking a significant business systems transformation to enhance financial management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance and operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to deliver project milestones.
- Map and improve finance processes; oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
- Post-implementation, manage all finance functions — reporting, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering.
- Drive financial insights, continuous improvement, and support strategic decisions.
- Lead the finance team.
About You - CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent), with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years in impactful finance roles.
- Proven ERP implementation experience — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing/industrial, costing, inventory, and supply chain finance (preferred).
- Skilled project manager with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Assist GM with acquisition opportunities from initial valuation, negotiation, due diligence and implementation.
