A well-established, international property investment business is looking for a Hotel Asset Manager to maximise profit and ROI across their portfolio of hotels.
This role would be well suited to someone with experience in hotel revenue management, and/or finance. Excellent opportunity to transition to the owner side!

The Role:The Hotel Asset Manager will work across a portfolio of hotels, analysing the revenue management, finances and operations, and making suggestions to maximising profit and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight & Analysis: review hotel budget/ balance sheet/ other financial reports, financial modelling and analysis, identify key drivers and opportunities for improvement
- Market & Operational Oversight: review owner's packs and attend owners meetings, negotiate contracts across properties, analyse and track hotel delivery channels, provide market overviews
- Coordination: work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the hotel industry across either Revenue Management and/or Finance and:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and ability to solve complex issues
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and analysis
