Our client, a leading funds manager and non-bank lender, have an excellent opportunity to join their dynamic team supporting investor clients across multiple countries including Australia and Singapore. This role offers an opportunity to manage client relationships, handle enquiries, and assist with essential business operations.
The RoleReporting to the Director of Client Services, your duties will include:
- Provide client support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chatbot
- Manage client portfolios with personalised servicing and reporting
- Assist with registrations, onboarding, and servicing for investor clients
- Support compliance and audit requirements
- Ensure data accuracy at all times
- Process banking and treasury-related tasks efficiently
- Update client portals and test new functionalities
Skills and Experience - Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field (desired)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in a team
- Problem-solving experience with complex client enquiries
- Knowledge of financial services, banking, or compliance standards (advantageous)
- Highly intuitive and flexible
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
