Our client, a well-respected Custom Home Builder, is seeking a Junior Estimator (1-3 years experience) to join their team.

The Role:The Junior Estimator will work with the team to manage all financial, procurement, and contractual aspects across various projects including new home builds and renovations.
The Junior Estimator will work across both sales and production estimating.
Duties include:
- Cost Estimation & Financial Management: work with bills of quantities (BOQs)/ cost summaries/ construction cost estimates, oversee the financial aspects of projects (cost analysis, tender submissions, etc), ensure accurate pricing and manage contractual issues
- Procurement & Contract Admin: maintain schedules of rates/ contact lists/ procurement tracking schedules, issue and manage purchase orders/ sub-contractor packs/ scope of works, and oversee tender process
- Ad hoc: work closely with all stakeholders, supporting senior Estimating and Construction team members, preparing monthly reporting, assisting where required
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of estimating experience and:
- Ability to adapt and work across diverse projects
- Strong ability to multi-task and work with stakeholders
- Experience with Databuild is a bonus
