Our client is an iconic retailer with and is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage the leases across the national portfolio.

The RoleThis position is responsible for ensuring accurate lease management of the company's leasehold portfolio. In this role your duties will include:
- Undertake account and portfolio reconciliations
- Input new leases into the lease administration system
- Update landlord information
- Audit leases and payments
- Reporting
- Liaising with various teams - leasing, facilities management, etc.
- Engaging with landlord regarding lease, facilities, and escalated issues
The Candidate: The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Lease Administration or Property Management experience and have:
- Strong financial numeracy/ excel
- Excellent communication skills
