Due to continued success within the organisation, there is now an opportunity for a portfolio manager to provide strategic property advisory services and asset planning advice to the internal business.

Duties & Responsibilities - Asset planning including internal client liaison
- Source new sites and amalgamate existing sites
- Negotiate lease renewals, extensions, make goods and relocations
- Manage landlord relationships with REITs and private landlords
- Advise internal stakeholders on lease obligations
- Oversee payments and other lease obligations
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of portfolio management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Astute negotiation ability
