Our client is a leading occupier commercial and retail space. Due to internal growth and continued success within the organisation, there is now an opportunity for a National Portfolio Manager to manage the portfolio of circa 250 leasehold assets nationally. In this role we are seeking an individual with exemplary problem solving and negotiating acumen to find win/win solutions for all stakeholders.

- Manage landlord relationships
- Advise internal stakeholders on lease obligations
- Resolve escalated facilities management issues
- Oversee property budgets
- Manage a Lease Administrator
- Travel required within this role
- 5+ years of portfolio management/lease management experience
- Experienced negotiator
- Excellent relationships with landlords and peers
