The Role
As the Office Administrator/ Administration Assistant, you will work with the team to handle all general administrative tasks, systems, invoicing, and report preparation.
Tasks include:
- Provide administrative support and database maintenance
- Preparing letter of engagements and sending to clients
- Setting up and updating projects in the system
- Working across multiple systems
- Communicating with B2B clients
- Assisting in report preparation, formatting, and written documents
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and invoices
- Ad hoc admin and office assistance as required
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of administration
- Strong Microsoft Word formatting ability
- Excellent attention to detail and written communications
- Exposure to the property or valuations industries a bonus
