Our client, a boutique Sydney CBD based law firm, is looking for a positive and motivated Property Lawyer to work and manage the Property Division to help drive its growth.

Duites

• Manage a range of property law matters, including residential and commercial property transactions, leasing and other real estate matters
• Team management
• Client management
• Compliance
• Business Development
• Mentoring and training

The Candidate

• 3+ years PQE in property law with experience manage transactions and a team
• Admitted to practice in NSW
• Sound technical legal knowledge with experience in LEAP and PEXA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Hardworking with excellent interpersonal skills
