The CompanyOur client, a well-established Commercial Property Agency, has a new opportunity for a Property Officer/Assistant Property Manager to join their team!
Open to junior candidates, new grads, and those with a couple years of experience. This could be well-suited to someone coming from a lease administration, assistant property management, or facilities background.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Property Officer/Assistant Property Manager will work under the Senior Property Manager to ensure effective management of the property portfolio which includes commercial office, industrial and retail assets.
Duties include:
- Property Management & Administration: preparing lease agreements and reviews, documentation of leases & licenses, tracking leasing events in calendar
- Facilities Coordination: coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance, completing property inspections
- Stakeholder Management: liaising with various stakeholders (agents, valuers, lessees, contractors), assisting in report preparation for leadership team
- Other: managing maintenance contracts, reviewing rental payments & invoices, assisting in budgeting, taking ownership of property database
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have experience in property or a relevant field and have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Hold a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in NSW (or be willing to obtain it)
