The Company:
Our client, a not for profit organisation providing high-quality and affordable community housing,
is a seeking an Receptionist to provide general customer service and administrative support to the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:As the first point of contact, the Receptionist is the face of the organisation, ensuring an exceptional client experience at all times.
This is a permanent role, Monday through Friday - 8.30am - 5pm.
Duties include:
- Manage calls, front desk, and enquiries
- Handle resident requests and follow-ups
- Process mail and prepare documents
- Record meeting minutes and reports
- Coordinate travel and compliance updates
- Order supplies and maintain office organisation
- Assist with AGM, events, and administration
- Support Directors and department managers
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Can work well in a team environment
- Be helpful and have a good work attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
