Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience within business services/public practice accounting
• CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Experience managing client relationships end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
• Handle BAS, IAS and compliance obligations
• Work directly with clients to provide advisory and business support
• Assist with onboarding and implementation for new clients
• Review work prepared by offshore accounting staff
• Support and mentor junior team members over time
