Our client, a well-established national law firm based in Sydney CBD, is looking for a motivated 3–6 Year PQE Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its growing NSW practice. Duties

• Independently manage and run commercial litigation matters.
• Handle proceedings across NSW and Federal Courts.
• Prepare pleadings, court documents and legal advice.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
• Manage negotiations, mediations and settlement processes.

The Candidate

• 3–6 years PQE in litigation.
• Strong experience managing litigation matters independently.
• Sound knowledge of NSW and Federal Court procedures.
• Strong technical legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to insolvency, insurance, building and construction or NCAT matters will be advantageous.
