A well-regarded, long-standing real estate agency in the Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a substantial residential portfolio (~180 properties).
You'll manage the portfolio end-to-end - from leasing through to renewals, inspections, maintenance and owner reporting - with dedicated Leasing Consultant support (shared across two Property Managers) to keep your day-to-day moving.

What you'll need:

• Minimum Class 2 Real Estate Licence
• 3–5+ years' experience in residential property management
• Proficiency with trust accounting and standard PM software (Property Tree / Inspection Manager or similar)
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record managing a portfolio of this scale
