Executive & Business Support Associate to provide vital administrative, executive, and office support. This is a dynamic role suited to a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Team Support
- Support the Leadership Team with diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
- Manage company-wide travel bookings and logistics.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining training records.
- Organise internal and external team events.
- Oversee the new Reward & Incentives system.
- Office Administration
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate vendor relationships, and oversee office organisation.
- Manage meeting-room bookings, emails, phone calls, and general administration.
- Assist with office infrastructure planning and maintenance.
- General Support & Marketing Assistance
- Support marketing activities, including event coordination and client communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with office and online productivity tools.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
