Requirements - Intermediates:

• Minimum of 1 year of business services experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Good understanding of tax law
• Experience with company and individual tax returns
• Ability to prepare financial statements for various structures
• Strong attention to detail
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting

Requirements - Seniors:

• 3+ years of business services experience
• Proven ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Australian tax law
• Extensive experience with complex tax returns
• Expertise in preparing financial statements for various structures
• Ability to mentor junior team members (desirable)
• Strong client relationship skills
• Partly completed/completed CA/CPA
