The Role The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of commercial office buildings located on the North Shore. The role is hands-on and financially focused, with strong exposure to budgets and reporting.
Key duties include:
- Monthly meetings with the landlords
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Build and maintain strong tenant and client relationships
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in commercial property management and have:
- Strong budgeting and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
