Our client:
Our client is a multi-disciplined real estate organisation with representation across all sectors within commercial real estate. Due to an internal restructure there is now an opportunity for an astute leader to join the team as the Director, Occupier Services.
The opportunity for you:
In this role, you will be required to provide portfolio advice to tenant clients and manage every aspect of your clients' leasehold interests including lease and make good negotiations, renewals, holdovers and sublease agreements, as well as strategic space planning advice. You will also manage client freehold portfolio requirements and provide strategic advice on best practice real estate management.
Based in the Sydney CBD and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be required to have tenant rep experience and an ability to provide a value proposition to prospective new clients.
