About the Role - Delivering efficient employment relations management
- Interpreting employee awards and related legislation
- Processing terminations
- Processing payroll - 380 employees
- Reviewing payroll discrepancies
- Leave calculations
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Month end and year end reporting
Skills and Experience - Prior experience in an analytical role
- Strong MS Excel user
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience dealing with high volume workloads
- Good communication skills
