Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Payroll Specialist/Manager will work to ensure payroll systems are utilised efficiently and pay is processed accurately for circa 300 staff.
- Payroll: Processing payroll, calculating leave
- Enterprise agreements: Interpreting agreements and awards
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in payroll software
- Exciting project to implement a new payroll management system
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a highly organised Payroll Specialist seeking to step into a management role, or a Payroll Manager seeking a new challenge with:
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of enterprise agreements
