Your New Role

A boutique provider of managed services and business transformation operating within IT Infrastructure, Security and Compliance are searching for a motivated and passionate senior practitioner to join their team.
   
Key responsibilities

• 70% project work, 30% Level 3
• Manage private & hybrid cloud-based projects, systems and processes
• Manage & provide 3rd level escalations
• Troubleshoot servers and networking hardware 
• Design secure, scalable and repeatable solutions to solve business and technical problems
• Lead technical innovation by advising on the latest technologies/infrastructure options/security products 

About you

• Demonstrated experience in a MSP similar environment 
• You have strong communication (both verbal & written), a customer-centric approach & excellent time management   

 Desired skills & experience

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, and ATP
• Windows stack – Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, Exchange 2008/2013/2016, RDS
• Experience with Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMWare)
• Proficiency with on-prem and cloud technologies (Azure infrastructure design and build)
• Exposure to Routing/Firewalls and switches 
• Backup & Recovery systems
