Our client, a well-respected Custom Home Builder, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with either residential or commercial exposure to work across custom projects within a great team. No weekend work!

The Role:The Project Manager will be responsible for various projects from initial establishment to handover.
Duties include:
- Project Oversight: organising construction certificate/ occupation certificate in pre-construction phase, manage projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Financial Management & Contract Administration: establish project budget, manage and forecast expenditure, prepare tenders and contract bids
- Stakeholder Management: working with the estimating team to tender for and administer head contract, coordinating with site supervisor to ensure subcontractor work is progressing well, engage and liaise with consultants and suppliers as required
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong project management experience in the residential or commercial space
- Excellent communication and financial understanding
- Experience with Evolve, Databuild, or Client Manager highly regarded
