The Company
This company is a long standing manufacturing business located in Western Sydney. They are involved in the supply of highly specialised industrial products with application across a variety of industries.
The Role
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Preparing and placing purchase orders for goods and services and managing the work flow to expedite delivery into the warehouse
- Managing inventory levels, in line with agreed KPI’s to support sales and manufacturing
- Minimising investment in inventory without sacrificing agreed service levels
- Managing the supply chain to ensure goods arrive in time to meet customer expectations
Skills and Experience - Prior experience in purchasing and managing inventory including forecasting and scheduling
- Strong excel skills
