About the role
As a Retail & Commercial Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of Retail Sales and Leasing including:  

• Business development including new listings.
• Marketing properties for sale/lease.
• Advising vendor/lessor on market sale/lease rates.
• Assisting prospective purchasers/tenants.

  Skills required

• Commercial/Retail/Industrial/Residential sales and leasing experience.
• A strong ability to generate new listings.
• Confidence in building rapport with purchasers/tenants.
• An ability to finalise sale/lease transactions and problem solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A results oriented personality.
