Requirements:

• 5+ years of tax and business services experience
• Strong technical expertise 
• Experience with MYOB and Xero 
• Strong communication skills
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion 

About the role:

• Report to the director and manage client relationships
• Lead, manage, and mentor junior staff, ensuring team development
• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for various structures 
• Provide direct client support with a strong focus on accounting, tax, and business advisory services
